Vivienne is trained as a nursing assistant and has a very caring attitude to patient care. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is extremely useful in educating patients with a Chinese background who have difficulty with the English language. Vivienne is extremely caring and has a great attitude to helping people with sleep apnea and is very proficient in analyzing data from CPAP machines. She has undergone internal training from benchmark Sleep Services and has attended manufacturer training from Resmed, Philips, Fisher and paykel healthcare and Lowenstein.
